About The Film

Eden and Foster are on the brink of adulthood, however they find the world of adults to be bleak and devoid of meaning. The film follows them as they are whisked away to a mysterious and surreal house where a strange woman feeds them with extravagant feasts of candy and sweets and fulfills their every desire. However as Eden and Foster experience more of this childhood fantasy, they begin to wonder whether this is what they really want.

My Role

I have been working on developing this film along with Rebecca Penner for almost a year. We started developing the concept last spring and received a grant from Johns Hopkins University. We continued to develop the idea as we moved into the summer, and I wrote the script. We began bringing people onto the team, including actors, this fall. We are currently finalizing the script and will be moving forward with pre-production leading up to filming in mid-march. Our hope is to have a finilized edit by the summer so we can begin submitting to festivals and host screenings for our supporters.
